Shipping Policy
✔ Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
✔ During busy periods, preparation can take up to 72 hours .
✔ You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the progress of your package.
✔ Delivery is provided by our partners via Packlink Pro : to your home, to a relay point or to your workplace.
In case of absence : a calling card will be left for you or you will be contacted by the carrier. Please collect your package on time to avoid it being returned to us.
Delivery information : The customer must provide a complete address, telephone number, and, if necessary, home access codes. Without this information, Organica Food cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If the package is returned, a new shipment will be charged.
Delivery problems
✔ All our products travel under our responsibility.
✔ The customer must however check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomalies (missing product, damaged package) directly on the delivery slip.
✔ All complaints must be sent to contact@organicafood.fr within 3 working days of receipt.
Return Policy
✔ You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.
✔ Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
✔ Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.
