It all starts in the fields where our fruits are grown in accordance with ORGANIC FARMING WITHOUT PESTICIDES thanks to nature and the unique KNOW-HOW of our partner producers.
Offers us its fruits
When the fruits are ripe, we harvest them with CARE AND LOVE . We wash them carefully, cut some of them, then freeze them.
That we dehydrate
We then place them in a vacuum chamber to freeze-dry them. By lowering the pressure, THE WATER CONTAINED IN THE FRUITS WILL SUBLIMATE (change from solid to gaseous state). This removes all their water and makes them ULTRA CRISPY !
While keeping their virtues
This low temperature drying method PRESERVES the fruit's TASTE , AROMA , COLOR and structure as well as its good NUTRIENTS as if it were freshly picked.
For your pleasure
Finally, we pack them in RESEALABLE BAGS which keep them PROTECTED FROM OXYGEN AND HUMIDITY , allowing you to enjoy them easily wherever you are and all year round.
The latter is based on the physical process of sublimation of water. That is to say, its passage from the solid state directly to the gaseous state, thus eliminating approximately 95% of the moisture from the fruits. This advanced technique makes it possible to make the fruits crispy while preserving their organoleptic qualities. Finally, it also makes it possible to extend their shelf life at room temperature.
Compared to traditional heat drying methods, freeze drying maintains better nutrient preservation, as the maximum temperature reached during the process is 0°C, thus avoiding nutrient degradation that occurs at temperatures above 42°C.
