Intense taste and preserved nutrients

First frozen , the water from the fruit is then delicately removed by sublimation (passage from the solid state directly to the gaseous state ), removing up to 98% of their humidity .

This process is carried out at low temperatures . Thus, the fruits are never exposed to high and destructive temperatures, which allows them to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, smell, color) and nutritional properties ( vitamins , fibers , antioxidants ).

Also, it is a way to extend their shelf life at room temperature, which which makes storage easier and limits waste .

Our production

The majority of the fruits we choose come from Europe to ensure consistency in supply.

Only tropical fruits (mango, pineapple and banana) come from South America or Asia (Peru, Vietnam, etc.).

Fruit sublimation is carried out in our partner factories.

The packaging is carried out in a social and solidarity workshop in France with whom we have had a close partnership since the beginning.
